KDF - Kinetic Degradation Fluxion
What is KDF ?
It is a high purity Zinc and Copper alloy that has been patented in the U.S.A.
It is known as today's precious metal when it comes to water purification. It has revolutionized the water treatment industry. It is a high purity zinc and copper alloy media bed , which has been tested to remove chlorine, heavy metals lead and mercury and other hazardous chemicals, which could be found in municipally treated water. It also controls the growth of algae, fungi and bacteria. The KDF process involves the 'give' and 'take' of electrons in contaminated water, turning contaminants into harmless components, for eg., chlorine into chloride which is not toxic.
KDF + Chlorine2 - Zn++ + 2Cl
Zinc loses 2 electrons (oxidation)
Copper gains 2 electrons (reduction)
What Are Doctor's Saying About The KDF/GAC Purification Compared To Other Water Treatment Products:
"In the past I have used a system called reverse osmosis. However, you should know that the process is slow and wastes a lot of water, which is why I finally stopped using it, since I live in a part of the country where water is scarce. I am now in favour of a system that combines a carbon filter with a zinc and copper alloy called KDF. This dual system removes most impurities and is affordable and simple. The KDF puts small amounts of copper and zinc into the water, which is healthful." Dr Andrew Weil - A leading American medical health specialist and opinion leader.
